HOW THE KINGDOM OF GOD OPERATES 1

Psalm 48:2 Beautiful for situation, the joy of the whole earth, is mount Zion, on the sides of the north, the city of the great King.

Every Kingdom has rules and regulations they follow. Any breach of the contract attracts a penalty. Before a student receives admission into an organization, there are protocols the person must follow to enable him to get admission. Failure to comply with the rules renders the contract useless. Before the manager, the chief executive officer or the board of directors employs a worker in the bank, the person must have a recognized certificate to enable him to get the job.

You cannot just enter a banking hall and demand your money because you have an account with the bank. There is a channel you must pass through before your money can be withdrawn. It is a system laid by the bank.

The same principle applies in the kingdom of God. The kingdom of God works by principles, keys and protocols. You cannot enter heaven because your father is a pastor. You must repent and accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Saviour for yourself before you can get access to Heaven. The blood of Jesus Christ must wash your sins to enable get access to the throne of God. This is a spiritual law in the spiritual realm.

Before I get deeper into the kingdom principles, you must understand that the kingdom of God is divided into three sectors. I will enumerate them here and briefly explain how they work. The kingdoms are as follows.

1. The Heavenly Kingdom (the abode of the Trinity, the holy angels and the saints).
2. The Inner Kingdom (the heart of the Christian). 
3. The Visible Kingdom (the church on earth).

The heavenly kingdom is the abode of the Godhead (the Heavenly Father, the Son (Jesus Christ) and the Holy Spirit). The Godhead operate independently and dependently. You must accept this truth by faith because you cannot perfectly understand the inner workings of God. The Trinity is omnipresent (everywhere) and omniscient (knows everything).

We can also call the heavenly kingdom the spiritual kingdom because it is a world for spirit beings. Our spirit can access this realm. All the angels of God live in this kingdom. The Archangels, the cherubs, the seraphs, the ministering angels, the guardian angels, the servant angels, the virtues, the dominant angels, the principal angels and the angels of spiritual host live in this kingdom. They take orders from God and from the Stronger Christians as they intercede.

Satan and his angels were once living in this kingdom. Their disobedience made the Archangels sacked them from this place. This kingdom is a place of total purity and joy. We can access this kingdom by connecting our spirit to the Holy Spirit as we worship and praise God from our heart and also through meditation on God’s Word. God can also open your spiritual eyes (open and close vision, through dreams and through the word of a prophet) to enable you to see this kingdom.

The inner kingdom is an invisible realm within your heart. The Holy Spirit lives in your spirit and He can influence you through your soul (emotions, desires and will). The word of God is the only weapon to judge this kingdom because the Word knows the thoughts behind your actions. This is where you develop inner purity. You can fellowship with the Holy Spirit in your heart. You can talk to God without opening your mouth in this realm.

The inner kingdom allows the Holy Spirit to detect envy, pride, jealousy, lust, and all invisible sin that cannot be seen with the eyes. For example, hatred is seen as murder in this kingdom, passionately lusting after a man or a woman is seen as fornication in this realm, looking down upon someone and seeing yourself above everyone is seen as pride in this realm. The inner kingdom controls our character and disposition in the visible kingdom. God analyzes our actions in this realm because men may condemn you but in the heavenly kingdom, God approves you. Hide the Word in your heart and the inner kingdom will never fall to the traps of the enemy.

The visible kingdom is the association of two or more Christians. When Christians meets in the name of Jesus Christ, the church meets. The Holy Spirit comes in to be the mediator. Under the old covenant, they divided the temple into three sections. The outer court was open to the gentiles and other people. The inner court was open to the children of God. The High Priest was the only allowed to enter the holy of holies on different occasions to enable him to atone for the sins of the people.

When Jesus Christ died on the cross, it broke the limitation. This has allowed everyone to access the throne room of God. The blood of Jesus Christ has opened the gate of Grace to all men. We can access the throne room of God because of the blood of the lamb (Jesus Christ). Do you want to live with God Almighty together with the holy angels and the saints?  

PRAYER OF SALVATION (CONFESS THIS PRAYER WITH ALL YOUR HEART)

Heavenly Father, I come to you in the name of Jesus Christ, please forgive me of all my sin and wash me by the blood of Jesus Christ, I confess Jesus Christ as my Lord and personal Saviour. I will follow and love you with all my heart.

Amen.

4.       Find a church that believes and follows the Holy Bible as their source of final authority and as their reference of doctrine and get baptized in water and with the Holy Spirit.

5.       Build a consistent prayer life on your own.

6.       Fellowship with the Holy Spirit through the word of God and through anointed spiritual songs (worship, praises, and hymnals).

7.       Evangelize in your community.
