Biblically and Logically Examining the Act of Masturbation, Abortion and Oral Sex

 

Sin has become common to the extent that some people rationalize it. Today, some people justify their sin under the guise of human rights. Some people rationalize and justify their sins based on their desires, emotions, social, political, and academic status.

One thing we must know about sin is that we cannot justify it by our feelings, desires, intellectual mindset, philosophy and human rights. If God’s Word (Holy Bible) condemns something, irrespective of our philosophy, it is a sin.

According to the Holy Scriptures, sin means transgression of the law (see 1 John 3:4). Any deed and thoughts that challenge God’s Word is sin. The law enforcement agencies of your country endorsing something does not mean it is acceptable in God’s sight.

The fact that our constitution accepts something does mean it is acceptable in the sight of God (meditate on Proverbs 12:15;14:12;16:25). We must conclude our decisions on the Word of God (Holy Bible).

Recently, I saw that some united countries were prosecuting the Holy Bible on television stations. On the television, the famous news station highlighted “The Holy Bible on trial.” I marveled and said that this state has the right to judge the Holy Bible?

I was not surprised because the world opposes God and His creation. We are in the last days, so the devil and his agents have set things to destroy God’s children. However, the enemy cannot destroy us with Christ Jesus on our side.

God stands on His Word because He has exalted His Word above His name and creation. This is one reason we must value the Word of God with all our hearts. God’s Word will not pass away. In my previous article, I wrote about masturbation, and someone asked me to show her the Holy Scriptures indicating the sin of masturbation. This woman complained that she was facing challenges in her marriage because of masturbation.

I have been hearing people say that masturbation is not a sin and that it is not in the Holy Bible. Well, let’s examine masturbation from the Holy Scriptures and know the mind of God concerning this act. Check out my previous article on masturbation for a more profound revelation.

 

Is masturbation a sin?

In the Holy Scriptures, Moses records that Onan (son of Judah) spilled his seed (semen) on the ground after having sexual intercourse with his deceased elder brother’s wife Tamar because he did not want to raise a child for his wicked brother Er.

 

And it came to pass at that time, that Judah went down from his brethren, and turned in to a certain Adullamite, whose name was Hirah.

And Judah saw there a daughter of a certain Canaanite, whose name was Shuah; and he took her, and went in unto her.

And she conceived, and bare a son; and he called his name Er.

And she conceived again, and bare a son; and she called his name Onan.

And she yet again conceived, and bare a son; and called his name Shelah: and he was at Chezib, when she bare him.

And Judah took a wife for Er his firstborn, whose name was Tamar.

And Er, Judah's firstborn, was wicked in the sight of the LORD; and the LORD slew him.

And Judah said unto Onan, Go in unto thy brother's wife, and marry her, and raise up seed to thy brother.

And Onan knew that the seed should not be his; and it came to pass, when he went in unto his brother's wife, that he spilled it on the ground, lest that he should give seed to his brother.

And the thing which he did displeased the LORD: wherefore he slew him also.

Genesis 38:1-10 KJV

If you read verse ten of the above Holy Scriptures, you will realize that the deed of Onan did not please the Lord. God was unhappy with Onan because he wasted his sperms on the ground. One thing about masturbation is that you waste sperm (seed of God).

God did not create the sperm to be wasted! Life is in the sperm, so anytime you waste sperm, you destroy the resources of God. Although God was not happy with the thoughts (raising a child for Er) of Onan, God was also unhappy with the waste of the semen.

Think twice anytime you masturbate because you are wasting God's resources (semen). God is not happy with you wasting the resources he has invested in you. Secondly, you are wasting precious energies that could be used to do great things in life. There is more to add up to the sin of masturbation. Let’s examine the words of Christ Jesus.

 

Ye have heard that it was said by them of old time, Thou shalt not commit adultery:

But I say unto you, That whosoever looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart.

Matthew 5:27-28 KJV

Christ Jesus declared that if we look at a woman lustfully, we have committed adultery in our hearts. The same applies to women. If a woman looks at a man lustfully, she has committed adultery in her heart.

We have levels of adulteries. You can commit adultery physically and spiritually, but the physical one is more dangerous than the spiritual one. Adultery is a sin in the sight of God. In the season of masturbation, the sinner (the vessel masturbating) lustfully pictures a woman in his mind.

If the sinner (the vessel masturbating) is a woman, she will lustfully picture a man in her heart. What happens in this season is that as you are masturbating, you are committing spiritual adultery because you are lusting after someone in your heart and expressing it with your sexual organs without the involvement of the opposite sex.

In other words, you are having sex with yourself, or you are having sex with an unseen force in your heart. From now onwards, categorize masturbation as a sin because God hates it. He killed Onan for wasting his semen.

Although that was not the main reason for his departure, that sinful act (masturbation) contributed to his premature death. Secondly, masturbation generates lustful thoughts. Our Saviour and Lord Christ Jesus categorize lustful thoughts as spiritual adultery (sin). Lastly, masturbation is abortion because semen contains life (children).

 

Is Abortion a sin?

I define abortion as an illegal and sinful act of destroying an unborn baby. Some people take pills to kill unborn babies. Some people masturbate to destroy unborn babies. Some doctors operate on women to destroy unborn babies.

Some people have discovered dangerous ways of destroying unborn babies. Let’s examine the act of abortion from the Holy Scriptures.

 

Then the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,

Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations.

Jeremiah 1:4-15 KJV

We can see from the Holy Scriptures that God declared to the prophet Jeremiah that He knew Jeremiah before He formed him in his mother’s womb. This means that the blood that develops into a baby in the woman’s womb contains life.

The unformed and unborn seed in every woman’s womb is not just blood but a human life! Anytime you destroy the blood in the womb, you have killed a child! Child of God, eliminating the blood from the woman’s womb is murder because there is life in the blood.

 

For the life of the flesh is in the blood…

Leviticus 17:11 KJV

God formed the seed (child) in every woman’s womb! Destroying that seed is sinful! Let’s read from this holy scripture.

 

For thou hast possessed my reins: thou hast covered me in my mother's womb.

Psalms 139:13 KJV

David declared that God protected him in his mother’s womb, which means any seed you see in a woman’s womb is not ordinary. The blood in the woman’s womb and the man’s semen you are about to destroy (abort) is a human being!

Child of God, abortion is a sin because the blood in the woman’s womb is a precious seed (blessings) to the world!

Meditate on these Holy Scriptures for more profound revelations.

(Luke 1:15, Galatians 1:15, Matthew 19:12).

 

Is oral sex a sin?

Let me briefly define oral sex for a better understanding. Oral sex is a type of sexual activity people use their mouths and tongues to create and arouse sexual pleasure. You must know about life that every organ in the body has a specific role.

For example, our eyes help us to see. Our nose helps us to breathe. Our ears help us to hear. Our teeth help us to chew. Our tongue and mouth help us to speak. Our heart helps transfer blood to the other parts of the body. Our legs allow us to walk. Our hands help us to handle things. The list goes on. God created male and female organs (penis and vagina) for five specific reasons.

1. God created the penis to release waste or excess water (urinal) from the body.

2. God created the penis to release sperms during sexual intercourse with the woman.

3. God created the vagina to release waste or excess water (urinal and menstrual blood) from the body.

4. God created the vagina to accept the semen of the man during sexual intercourse.

5. God created the vagina to deliver babies.

It is illogical and ungodly for a man to use his mouth or tongue to perform a duty God has not assigned because it generates diseases such as cancer. The same applies to women. I do not agree with oral sex because it is unacceptable, medically unwise and illogical to use the mouth or tongue to perform a duty it has not been assigned to perform.

• Have you ever seen a human being walking with his ears?
• Have you ever seen a human being sitting with his eyes?
• Have you ever seen a human being eating with his legs?
• Have you ever seen a human being writing with his hair?
• Have you ever seen a human being running with his teeth?

We cannot perform these duties with these organs because that is not their role. We use our ears to hear. We use our eyes to see. We use our legs to walk. We use our hands to write. We use our legs to run.

The same applies to the sexual organs of our bodies! The mouth or the tongue was not created to engage in sexual activity. It is time to apply wisdom because we are not wiser than God. Check out my latest book for more wisdom keys because sin differs from logic and human rights.
