27 Biblical Currencies (Types and Models) of Prayers - 7
The current of deesis
People often ignore
prayer (deesis) because they do not get immediate answers. Prayer works.
However, it works with principles. Prayer is like a car. If you know how to
detect the car's problems, you will know how to repair it.
You can travel with the
car if you know how to drive it. Most often, how we expect God to answer our prayers
differs from his method. God is all-knowing. He is everywhere, and He is the
most powerful of all forces.
However, He works with
laws. Like a five-year-old child desperately crying to his parents to give him
the car keys. The child may know how to ignite the car with the keys. However,
the child does not know how to handle (drive) the vehicle.
The child can die if the
parents allow the child to handle the car. God knows our strengths and weaknesses.
He knows how and when to answer our prayers. God is full of resources. He does
not lack resources.
Like humans, we may have
whatever we need. However, we lack some things. Money can do many things. It
can help us purchase our needs and wants. With money, we can travel around the
globe.
We can use money to build
ultra-modern roads, factories, churches, and businesses. We can help those in
need with cash and solve many social, emotional, health, economic, and
financial needs.
However, money has
limitations. If money is the ultimate, why do some rich people commit suicide? Why
are some rich people desperately in need of prayers? As stated, money is good.
It can solve many problems.
However, a time will come
when the money cannot solve specific problems. Friends and family can support
us emotionally, psychologically, financially, socially, physically, and
spiritually. However, prayer does the impossible.
Prayer can do what money,
family, and friends cannot do. There are certain diseases money, friends, and
families cannot cure. It takes prayer. Science, technology, and research are
doing great.
However, there are some things
science, technology, and research cannot answer. Like a man whipping the wind,
such a man wastes his strength. We cannot empty an ocean with a bucket of
water.
It takes power to empty an
ocean. Prayer carries invisible powers. Prayer solves problems human beings
cannot solve. This is one reason I want to share the currency of prayer with
you. The fact that prayer works does not mean anyone can receive answers to his
prayers. As stated, prayer works with principles. If you align yourself with
the Kingdom principles, you will receive an answer from God. As stated in the
Holy Scriptures,
Confess your faults one
to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual
fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.
James
5:16 KJV
Apostle James writes that
the fervent prayer of a holy vessel avails much. It takes righteousness and
power to pray successfully. James knew we needed prayers. He commanded us to
pray for one another.
When we pray for one
another, we receive healing. Prayer can bring emotional, spiritual,
psychological, social, financial, and physical healing. The more we pray for
ourselves, the more the Holy Spirit sets us free from the invisible prisons. In
James, chapter five, verses fourteen to fifteen, Apostle James expanded the
power of prayer.
Is any sick among you?
let him call for the elders of the Church; and let them pray over him,
anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord:
And the prayer of faith
shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up; and if he have committed
sins, they shall be forgiven him.
James
5:14-15 KJV
Some diseases are
spiritual. You cannot solve spiritual diseases with medicine. I believe in
medicine. However, demons and witches can project diseases. We cannot heal
spiritual diseases with herbs and human knowledge.
Many people are suffering
mentally, physically, and emotionally because evil spirits are tormenting them.
Some people have visited numerous hospitals, yet the diseases keep rising. Can
I present to you that prayer can bring healing?
God (the Holy Spirit) can
heal incurable diseases. However, it takes a vessel full of faith. Freely
download and read my book, How to Unlock the Gates of Faith, for a more profound revelation on faith.
As stated in the Holy
Scriptures (see James 5:14-15), we can pray for the sick and anoint them to
receive deliverance. I have seen people living with a strange sickness.
However, prayer delivered them. Do not underestimate prayers because they do
wonders. Like Elijah, he could stop the rain for three and half years through
prayers.
Elias was a man subject
to like passions as we are, and he prayed earnestly that it might not rain: and
it rained not on the earth by the space of three years and six months.
And he prayed again, and
the heaven gave rain, and the earth brought forth her fruit.
James
5:17-18 KJV
Elias (Elijah) was a man
like us. He prayed fervently that it should not rain for three years and six
months. The same man prayed, and the heaven gate poured out rain. This
revelation should tell you about the power of prayer.
If prayer could hold the
rain for three years and six months, what can’t prayer do? While praying, some
people might think you are wasting time, energy, and resources. Keep praying
because you are not wasting time, energy, and resources.
Apply wisdom to your
prayer life. You may become weary while praying. However, don’t give up on
prayer. God knows what He is doing. Some people may laugh at you. Some will
mock you and say all manner of evil against you because of your prayer life. However,
do not give up on prayer. While praying, God and his angels work behind the
scenes. Why do you think the Apostles prayed while engaging in the ministry?
…we will give ourselves
continually to prayer, and to the ministry of the word.
Acts
6:4 KJV
While some disciples
engaged in the ministry, Apostle Peter, John, Paul, and some dedicated
disciples of Christ Jesus gave themselves unto prayer. These Apostles knew the
power of prayer. They knew the ministry would not stand without prayer.
Kingdom ministry without
prayer is deadly. Like a driver with a weak engine, the car can break down
while in the middle of the road. You need a strong engine (prayer) to travel
far distances. Prayer sustains us in the ministry. The more we pray, the
stronger our spiritual capacity.
Defraud ye not one the
other, except it be with consent for a time, that ye may give yourselves to
fasting and prayer; and come together again, that Satan tempt you not for your
incontinency.
1
Corinthians 7:5 KJV
Apostle Paul declared the
power of prayer in his letters to the Corinthians. He wrote that we must engage
in fasting and prayers because Satan can tempt us. Couples who fail to fast and
pray open the gate for the enemy to trouble the family.
If you are going to be a
strong Christian, let prayer and fasting be part of your schedule. When you
fast and pray, the Holy Spirit will flash out the little foxes destroying the
garden (the family, Church, business, and relationship). As stated, prayer
works with principles. People pray and receive nothing from God. Below are the
main reasons people do not receive an answer from God.
Four major reasons why prayer fails
How to make your prayers work
1. Willful and consistent sin
If I regard iniquity in
my heart, the Lord will not hear me:
Psalms
66:18 KJV
One major reason people
cannot receive an answer from God is the seed of wickedness. David stated that
evil can hinder our prayers. Some people are bitter in their hearts. They don’t
want to forgive others, yet they pray for mercy.
Christ Jesus stated that
if we don’t forgive others their trespasses, the Heavenly Father will also not
forgive us (see Mathew 6:14-15). Forgive offenders. God knows how to deal with
people who intentionally hurt us.
God will not hear our
prayers when we hide sin in our hearts. For instance, malice, pride, anger,
unforgiveness, bitterness, and jealousy are sins of the heart. These are some
invisible sins that hinder prayers. It doesn’t matter what fasting and prayers we
engage in; if we hold iniquity in our hearts, God will not hear our prayers.
Behold, the LORD'S hand
is not shortened, that it cannot save; neither his ear heavy, that it cannot
hear:
But your iniquities have
separated between you and your God, and your sins have hid his face from you,
that he will not hear.
Isaiah
59:1-2 KJV
It is time to repent from
sin. When you disobey the Word of God (the Holy Bible), you have sinned (see 1
John 3:4). As humans, we are prone to make mistakes (meditate on Romans 8:26). However,
some people intentionally work wickedly.
They fornicate, steal,
insult, destroy, and oppose others, not knowing they are fighting God Almighty
(meditate on Acts 9:1-5, Matthew 25:31-45). These people are consistent with
their wickedness.
They don’t mind
destroying their neighbours with lies, gossip, slander, and weapons. Such
people cannot receive an answer from God in prayers. The Holy Scriptures state
that iniquity separates us from God (see Isaiah 59:1-2).
Sin can hide the face of
the Holy Spirit from us. Sin can close the ears of God from hearing us. Repent
from any conscious wickedness. When you repent from your wickedness, God will
hear your prayers. However, if you stay in your sin, your prayers will not
work.
He that turneth away his
ear from hearing the law, even his prayer shall be abomination.
Proverbs
28:9 KJV
Some people’s prayer
smells bad in the presence of the Lord because of wickedness. You can hide your
sin from people. However, you cannot hide your sins from the Holy Spirit. If
the Holy Spirit reminds you of any sin, repent quickly.
Your prayers will work
when you turn away from your sin and live in the Kingdom’s righteousness
(meditate on John 9:31, Proverbs 15:8, 1 Peter 3:12, Psalms 34:15-17, Matthew
6:33, Psalms 145:19, Proverbs 15:29, and download my books on prayers for more profound revelations).
2. Doubt
…without faith it is
impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is,
and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.
Hebrews
11:6 KJV
Another reason we cannot
receive an answer from God is doubt. The Holy Scriptures state that it takes
faith to connect with God. Without faith, we cannot receive from God. When we
doubt the Word of God (the Holy Bible) and live in fear, our prayers will not
work (meditate on 2 Timothy 1:7).
However, if we have faith
in our prayers and trust the Word of God with all our hearts, our prayers will produce
results. Check the miracles of Christ Jesus. You will see that faith activated
the deliverance (signs and wonders).
Anytime you come to God
in prayers, believe that you have received an answer from Him. When you believe
in your heart that God has heard your prayers, the spiritual forces will submit
to the request (meditate on Matthew 8:5-13, Mark 9:14-24, Mark 11:20-24, John
11:1-40).
3. The prayer is outside the will of God (imperfect will of God)
Ye ask, and receive not,
because ye ask amiss, that ye may consume it upon your lusts.
James
4:3 KJV
Another vital reason
people cannot receive an answer from God is because they pray outside the will
of God. This prayer is a subset of the Kakos prayer. Kindly check out my previous articles for more profound revelations about the Kakos prayer.
God will not answer a prayer that will destroy us. He can answer our prayers out of mercy. God can answer our prayers in His permissive will. However, prayers that do not align with the Word (the Holy Bible) will go unanswered. Please read my previous articles related to this article for a more profound revelation about prayers. Check your prayers.
- Are you praying according to the will of God?
- Are your prayers biblical?
- Are you praying out of jealousy, bitterness, and wickedness?
- Will your prayers bring the glory of God?
- Is your prayer centered on the lustful desires of the flesh and soul?
If your prayers have no
foundation in the Word (the Holy Bible), they will not touch the heart of God
(meditate on Psalms 34:7 and John 15:7).
4. No Endurance
He (God) hath made
every thing beautiful in his time…
Ecclesiastes
3:11 KJV (Emphasis added)
God works with seasons in
human realms. I encourage you to download and read my books (wisdom series),
especially the book titled The Perfect Wisdom, for a more profound
revelation about timing and seasons.
The books are free on my
blog. Some people cannot receive an answer from God because they cannot wait
for the appointed season. The Holy Scriptures state that God has made
everything beautiful in His time.
Note the words, His
(God’s) time, not your time. How and when you expect an answer from God can
differ from God’s timing. In this case, you need patience. Some people cannot
wait for God to receive from Him, so they give up.
When you give up on God,
you allow the devil and his cohorts to manipulate you. This is one reason you
must be patient. Like a four-year-old girl desperately praying for a husband. That
girl has not developed the mental, emotional, financial, physical, social,
spiritual, and psychological strength to handle a husband.
That girl does not have
the womb to carry a child! Some people are like the four-year-old girl. They
cannot handle their request. Their prayer request needs time. God knows it’s
not their time to get a husband (business, money, assets, job, marriage, promotion,
and the heart desire).
Be patient in your
prayers. The fact that God has not answered your prayers does not mean He has
forgotten you. Don’t give up on God. He is preparing you for the appointed
season. The Holy Spirit makes things beautiful in His time.
Christ Jesus will visit
you at the appointed time. Don’t allow the devil and its minions to take charge
with the virtue of impatience. Know the currencies of prayers, and you will prevail. This is one reason I want
to share the five biblical currencies (types and levels) of prayers.
You can download and read
my book, The Seven Principles to Answered Prayers, for more profound revelations. The
book is free on my blog. Connect with me as I share the five currencies of
prayer. Kindly share the link to this article so others can receive the
knowledge that brings deliverance. Below are the five currencies of prayers.
Five Fire Types and Levels of Prayer
1. Pantote prayers
And he spake a parable
unto them to this end, that men ought always to pray, and not to faint;
Saying, There was in a
city a judge, which feared not God, neither regarded man:
And there was a widow in
that city; and she came unto him, saying, Avenge me of mine adversary.
And he would not for a
while: but afterward he said within himself, Though I fear not God, nor regard
man;
Yet because this widow
troubleth me, I will avenge her, lest by her continual coming she weary me.
Luke
18:1-5 KJV
With this prayer, we
persist with a particular request. Some people may think we lack faith when we
repeat our prayer requests. It is not a lack of faith. It is a prayer of
persistence. Like the widow, the judge responded to her request because of
persistence.
There are times when God
expects us to persist. In these prayers, God wants to test our faith. The Holy
Spirit wants to build a solid relationship with us in this prayer. God wants us
to deploy pantote prayer because He wants us to build a long-lasting
relationship with the Trinity (the Heavenly Father, Christ Jesus, and the Holy
Spirit).
Another reason we pray
this prayer is because it falls under the permissive will of God. Generally,
God wants to try your heart. He wants to know whether you love Him, the Church,
and His creation.
This is one reason you
have to persist in that prayer request. Praying for a specific thing for a long
time does not mean we lack faith. It is a model of prayer. Our Savior and Lord Christ
Jesus prayed this prayer when He walked on earth as a man (see Matthew 26:42).
Don’t allow people to limit
your faith. If you persist with a specific prayer request for days, weeks,
months, and years, the Holy Spirit will build Himself in you. God will answer
you when you continue out of a pure heart. However, be sure that the specific persistent
prayer request does not challenge the Word of God (the Holy Bible). I recommend
you read my previous articles related to this article for more profound
revelations about this prayer.
2. Noieo prayer
Now unto him that is able
to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the
power that worketh in us,
Ephesians
3:20 KJV
With this prayer, we do
not open our mouths or show any physical sign of praying to God. It’s a prayer
of the mind and heart. Noieo prayer works deep in our souls. As stated in the
Holy Scriptures, God can do exceedingly abundantly above all we can think.
Thoughts can be prayer
requests. In Heaven, God and His angels see our thoughts. Some people can
perceive your thoughts. However, they are not accurate. The Holy Spirit sees
our thoughts in full High Definition (HD).
Like a video or an image
with a higher HD, you can view it on a large screen. That is how the holy
spiritual forces observe our thoughts. They can see, feel, sense, and touch our
thoughts. You can pray in an open or public arena, yet no one will notice it.
I call it noieo prayers. While
in the room, car, office, lecture hall, and social gathering, deploy this
prayer. Pray without opening your mouth or showing any physical signs. Pray
with your mind.
Pray from your heart. God
sees the request of our hearts and minds. However, the effectiveness of this
prayer works with inward anointing. For more profound revelation about the inward
anointing, freely download and read my series of books on the anointing. You can also download and read my other series to boost your
understanding of the anointing and the Holy Spirit. The books are free on my blog!
3. Rabah prayers
…Jabez was more
honourable than his brethren: and his mother called his name Jabez, saying,
Because I bare him with sorrow.
And Jabez called on the
God of Israel, saying, Oh that thou wouldest bless me indeed, and enlarge my
coast, and that thine hand might be with me, and that thou wouldest keep me
from evil, that it may not grieve me! And God granted him that which he
requested.
1
Chronicle 4:9-10 KJV
This is one of the best
prayers to pray when you discover that people desperately don’t need you. When
you constantly face demonic attacks in your dreams, evil spirits are alerting
you of your spiritual value in God’s Kingdom.
Pray the rabah prayers. When
people hate you for no reason, pray the rabah prayer. When family and friends
see nothing good in you, pray that God should enlarge your territory. With rabah
prayers, you ask God to deliver you from evil.
You pray that God expand
your glory (blessings) and send helpers your way. Pray that God should send
forth more laborers in the vineyard. Pray that the Holy Spirit raise people who
will stand in the gap for the Church.
When you pray that God
should rain his blessings (favor) on you and multiply your territory (Church,
school, business, and followers), the enemies will submit. When laborers in the
vineyard increase, the enemies will surrender.
You will find favor with people
when God enlarges your coast. I may continue in the next article. Kindly share the link to this article so others can receive the knowledge that brings
deliverance.
