1. Jesus Christ has power over every force in this world (Meditate on Luke 10:19). 
2. Jesus Christ has power over every force outside the physical world (spiritual world) (Meditate on Matthew 21:19; 8:28-29). 
3. Jesus Christ has power over the metaphysical realm (realms of the emotions, feelings, hope, passion, compassion, desire, will and intellect). (Meditate on 2 Timothy 2:7). 
4. You receive power over every force when trust in Jesus Christ (Meditate on Ephesians 2:6). 
5. Jesus Christ gives you eternal life when put your faith in him (Meditate on John 3:16). 
6. The Holy Spirit creates a fellowship with you when you put your faith in Jesus Christ (Meditate on Acts 2:38).
7.  Jesus Christ restores the broken fellowship Adam and Eve created with the Heavenly Father when you accept Him as your Lord and Saviour (Meditate on John 14:23).
8.  Jesus Christ empowers you to overcome the hopelessness in this world when you put all our faith in Him (Meditate on Hebrews 13:5, Matthew 10:28-31, Psalm 1:1-3). 
9. Jesus Christ is the Creator of the universe including you (Meditate on John 1:1-14, Colossians 1:16-17). 
10. Jesus Christ is the source of life to every living being, without Him nothing will exist (Meditate on John 6:54, John 4:6-26). 
11. Jesus Christ is the way to eternal life and peace (Meditate on John 14:6). 
12. Jesus Christ gives you power over sin when you put your faith in Him. (Meditate on John 1:17, Romans 6:14-15).
