2 Timothy 2:20 But in a great house there are not only vessels of gold and of silver, but also of wood and of earth; and some to honour, and some to dishonour.
2 Timothy 2:21 If a man therefore purge himself from these, he shall be a vessel unto honor, sanctified, and meet for the master's use, and prepared unto every good work.
Every Christian has a
role to play in the house of God; it is the duty of the Christian to set
himself apart for the master's use. If we desire to work with the Holy Spirit,
then it is our responsibility to awaken from laziness and wait on the Lord
for divine strength and power to enable us to conquer the desire of the flesh
because the flesh will oppose the desires of the Holy Spirit working within our
spirit (Galatians 5:16).
God desires his
children to draw closer to him. However, there is a condition; He
wants to use us for a greater impact and serve the other children of God.
However, some are not willing to sanctify themselves for a more significant
impact because there are some hidden iniquities and sins in their private life.
I realize that before the
devil manipulates you, he first attacks your mind; after he gets hold of your
mind, he proceeds towards the flesh by making you carnal, allowing him to
project his wicked weapons on you. However, with the help of the Holy
Spirit, we can overrule these astral projections and deception.
Suppose you want to rise
higher in the ministry of God. In that case, you must be ready to go through persecution,
temptations, afflictions, and spiritual and physical warfare from satanic
forces and unreasonable wicked men and women.
Joseph went through a
process before God lifted him to become a prime minister in the land of Egypt; his
siblings denied and betrayed him; women tempted him, he was
forcefully accused of sin, and he has never committed, but he never gave
up on God; he went through them, and his character was perfected, God
never left him because he had a fear of God in his heart.
MASTER KEY: THE
KEY TO UNLOCKING YOUR GLORY IN THE LORD IS THE FEAR OF GOD IN YOUR HEART.
